F&P Mfg., Inc.’s, New Model Group has a proven track record, which demonstrates the engineering and project management skills to support the development of complex automotive assemblies from concept to mass production, professionally, efficiently and successfully.
For product design and development F&P has the full support of an integral North American research, design development, and prototyping facility.
Once the design phase is complete, F&P has the capability to develop the optimum production process for the product using the latest technologies such as CATIA V5, Space Analysis, Forming Analysis and ROBCAD.
The definition, planning and implementation to production, is managed by a “Company-Wide” cross-functional Project Team utilizing F&P’s Project Management process by PMI accredited staff. Managing multiple projects is the norm and over the past decade in excess of forty projects have been completed to specification, within budget, and on schedule.
