Our in-house Die Maintenance Team is responsible for the complete upkeep and maintenance of over 200 dies.
Our Die Services Team is equipped with a CNC Bridge Mill, a Vertical Mill, 3&5 Axis Mills and various other machine shop capabilities that allow us to build from design, both 7 stage transfer dies and coil feed progressive dies.
With the use of 3D scanning technology, we are able to reverse engineer for rapid component replacement through advanced troubleshooting.
