Summary:
Reporting to Die Maintenance Technical Support and to be able to use Microsoft Office to support technical project and administrative tasks.
Position Overview:
- Support organizing die data files and scan prep work
- Organize and improve consumable and spare parts inventory systems
- Support continuous improvement activities
- Other duties as required
What You Need:
- Enrolled in an Engineering co-operative education in a post-secondary school
- Hands on experience in Automotive Parts Manufacturing environment is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Teams and Project)
F&P Mfg., Inc. Co-op Tiered Rate Program:
Successful students for F&P Mfg., Inc. Co-op positions will be eligible for our new tiered wage rate program.
Co-op #1 Rate: $23.85 per hour
Co-op #2 Rate: $26.18 per hour
Co-op #3: Rate $30.61 per hour
Upon successful graduation of their program, candidates will be considered for a direct offer of employment at F&P Mfg., Inc., (if applicable).
This program encourages and allows students to continue their subsequent co-op terms with F&P Mfg., Inc. throughout their program of studies to graduation upon receiving a successful and positive evaluation.
Disclosure:
If a student is on their 2nd or 3rd co-op of their respective program and have never completed a co-op program at F&P before, they will be placed into our Co-op #1 rate at $23.38 per hour. Other circumstances can be discussed upon hiring.
Hours of Work:
- Straight Days
Monday to Friday – (7:30AM to 4:00PM)

- Regularly exposed to dust, grease/oil, odors, noise, smoke, etc.
